We also advise you take some photos yourself of your business premises, products, stock and services. The more images you can provide of your business the more credible your website becomes.
Once your website design, layout and function are in place we professionally write all website content - as per your individual business and sector. This is done through information you can provide about your business alongside sector and competitor research. Once your website content is written, we will send you a link for your review, input and any edits.
Professional company email addresses are available additional to website packages, starting from £15 per month. Email setup on laptops, computers and mobile devices is also provided, alongside tech support - as required. Full email backup, spam list monitoring, blacklist checker and email security - as standard.
Website domains are also available additional to website design packages, starting from £4.99 per year - depending on the domain name and extension you choose. Customers can choose the domain they would like, with SSL certificates also available from £49 per year. Website domains include; customer control panel and IT support, as and when required. All domains are available with the option of WHOIS privacy guard.
Clients have two options, for those that are comfortable with WordPress or Magneto we can provide screencast videos showing how to access your website admin area and how you would update, change or add images, media or content. For customers who'd prefer website changes, price changes, new products or edits - done for them. Simply let us know via email or a support ticket what you need changed, we'll confirm and action within 48hrs. Minor changes to price lists and content / images if less than 15 mins are free of charge. Updates above this time are payable, agreed on support request.
If you have a website, domain and email hosted elsewhere and want a new website, however need your domain and emails - we can help. We can provide email backup, website backup and transfer. Transferring all user email accounts and emails, alongside your domain and current website. Website hosting and email services start from £15 per month, depending on size of website, number of email accounts and size of mailboxes.
If customers are moving to another host, we can provide transfer of all your website assets alongside email transfer. This service is chargeable, rates are dependant on size of website, quantity and size of mailboxes.
