Website restores can be carried out in a couple of ways, from entire account restore – to the restore of selected objects, files and folders.

We fully facilitate all website restores, including all files and data. Full account restores can be provided, alongside specific object restore, choosing from; subscription, site and DNS zone. Alongside, SQL database, SSL certificate, mailing list and mail accounts, files and directories.

If customers are moving to another host, we can provide transfer of all your website assets alongside email transfer. This service is chargeable, rates are dependant on size of website, quantity and size of mailboxes.
